ABOUT GDIID 2021

"Embracing New Norms Towards Digitalisation"
Poster of GDIID 2021

Graduate Digital Invention, Innovation and Design (GDIID) 2021 is an international competition organised by Universiti Teknologi MARA Cawangan Terengganu Kampus Kuala Terengganu for local and international graduate inventors and researchers to present their inventions, innovations, and designs of technology in various fields. Previously held in 2019, this biennial event has attracted graduate inventors from many universities. The ever-increasing attention from participants and communities has given us an aspiration to organise this event biennially.
See GDIID 2019

Therefore, we are proudly announcing the 2nd GDIID competition for this year. GDIID 2021 recognises unique inventions of the projects' ideas and designs in two highlighted fields: Science and Technology and Social Sciences. GDIID 2021 has changed the course of showcasing modern inventions by introducing a new theme: "EMBRACING NEW NORMS TOWARDS DIGITALISATION". Along with the changes made, we are moving forward in implementing a complete virtual system for all the processes that take place in this competition.
